The participants from this category will receive program and ID cards for free access to all scientific sessions, lunches and gala dinners, WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE FOR ATTENDANCE, BUT are NOT ENTITLED TO PRINTED MATERIALS.

*ALL PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE PAID THE FEES, AND ARE NOT ACCOMMODATED IN THE HOTELS PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZER, FOR THE ATTENDANCE ON FORMAL DINNERS, SHALL ADD €25 PER PERSON TO THE FEES PRICE, FOR EACH MEAL SEPARATELY.

ACCOMMODATION

Prices for accommodation in the hotel during the Congress are as follows:

CANCELLATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION

For cancellation of the accommodation by 01.05.2023, the paid funds will be refunded completely, reduced for the bank expenses.
For cancellation of the accommodation by 15.05.2023, the paid funds will be refunded for 50%, reduced for the bank expenses.
For cancellation of the accommodation after 16.05.2023, PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

ATTENDANCE TO ALL LOCATIONS IN THE HOTEL ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONGRESS, WILL BE PERMITTED ONLY TO PERSONS WITH PAID REGISTRATION FEES (ID CARDS), I.E. THE PRESENCE OF EXTERNAL PERSONS IN THE HOTEL WILL BE COMPLETELY PROHIBITED.
